"In honor of" gifts are wonderful for anniversaries, birthdays or other special occasions.

To make a Memorial or Honor Gift, simply select one of the three previous options (Donate by mail, Donate by phone, Donate by fax). Include the additional information for Memorial or "in honor of" donations, as requested on the form.
