If the family is the foundation of our society, then building healthy homes and families should be a top priority for us all. That is the philosophy behind ChristianWorks for Children.

We know that every person, and every family, is presented with difficult challenges. It could be that your marriage is in trouble and your children are suffering as a result. Maybe you're a teenager and just found out you are pregnant. Or, perhaps your spouse recently died, and you and your children are struggling with the loss. Whatever challenge you may be facing, there is a place to turn … ChristianWorks for Children.

With its foundation deeply rooted in Christian principles, the purpose of ChristianWorks for Children is to help children and their families meet and overcome even the most difficult challenges in their lives. We strive to facilitate the building of a healthy, loving family for every child we meet.

Adoption services
AdoptionWorks provides a full range of adoption services, including counseling and support during pregnancy and after placement.

Marriage and family counseling
CounselingWorks offers individual, couples and family therapy. We provide counseling in a Christian environment, with a focus on providing skills to prevent family breakdown and failure.

Grief support for children
Children grieve differently than adults. We understand that every person’s grief experience is unique, which is why we have established GriefWorks, a program for children age five through 18 who have experienced the death of someone close to them.

Who we are
ChristianWorks for Children, a ministry of the churches of Christ, is a non-profit agency. For 40 years, we have served children and their families in a safe environment free from discrimination, in a Christ-like, nonjudgmental and loving manner.
