nonprofit’s values, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, arriving on time, following instructions, and improving the

Volunteers work in our offices assisting with clerical work, greeting individuals coming into the office(s), answering telephones, organizing donations, and assist organize, shred, and archive information, etc. Opportunities available in the Dallas and FW offices.

We’re searching for someone interested in assisting us in making our office beautiful by deep cleaning our carpet in the Dallas office.

Volunteers work in our office assisting with making calls and/or email to donors either thanking them for his/her donation or asking for donations. Calls can include trying to re-activate individuals who donated previously and making cold calls. This opportunity is available in the FW or Dallas Office.
We’re searching for individuals to landscape and/or donate plants & flowers to make our office beautiful. This opportunity is in the FW office.
We’re searching for individuals to assist cleaning the outside of our building in the front lawn and parking lot. This will assist in making our more office beautiful. This opportunity is in the FW office.
We’re searching for individuals to paint the bumpers in our parking lot and if possible, also to re-paint the stripes. This opportunity is in the FW office.

Putting together supplies for PA Group. Also does inventory of Post Adopt supplies and AW Closet supplies.
Donating snacks for Post Adopt Group and donating a meal for Post Adopt Groups.
Write thank you notes to Pregnancy Resource Centers on behalf of AdoptionWorks.
Creating postpartum baskets for birth parents (this one is also a donation- for them to go buy the supplies too with their own money).

Help spread word of our BecomingMom program, distribute surveys, flyers and/or encouraging messages to our families.
On standby to volunteer at BecomingMom events with food donations, set up, and tear down. Events usually occur at least once a quarter.
Unbox and stock diaper closet by size; organize diaper closet and baby items on a monthly basis. Help implement a system to track diapers distributed.
Pickup agency diapers from Tarrant Area Food bank and drop-off on a monthly basis.

Help us write “thank you” post cards and notes to various donors for their contributions, address & stuff envelopes for upcoming campaigns or regular mailed communications.
Help our Development and Communication team out by preparing some of our promotional material bags to give out at various events, individual tours, or for our business/corporate/church sponsors.
This volunteer would help our development team make regular calls to thank our donors for their recent donation. This is a role that can be done from the comfort of your home or join us in person.
This individual would help us get the word out about all the things going on at ChristianWorks. Help us spread the word by sharing & interacting with our post all from the comfort of your home.

Serving the meal to KidWorks participants prior to group. Time commitment: 6-6:30pm on the Monday night you sign up for. Available in FW and Dallas.
Providing a meal to KidWorks families and facilitators (approximately 15-25 people). Time commitment: delivering meal between 5:15-5:45pm on the Monday night you sign up for. Available in FW and Dallas.
capturing photos of KidWorks support group. Time commitment: occasional Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm. Available in FW and Dallas.
Help organizing files and session materials in a clean and efficient way. Time commitment: 1+ hours, varying times M-F.
Co-leading small group discussion and facilitating connection and support for kids aged 5-17 or with their parents. Must complete a 1-hour training and background check prior to serving. Time commitment: 8-week consecutive sessions meeting on Monday nights from 6-8pm and time to look over materials prior to group. Available in FW and Dallas.

We’ll chat to you before the day, so you’ll will be ready to hit the ground running. We want to hear your feedback, so we’ll ask you to complete a short satisfaction survey after your volunteering time, this means we can keep improving our offer.
