Why CareWorks?
Ministry is one of the most meaningful callings a person can pursue, but it is also one of the most demanding. Pastors and ministry leaders are often expected to be constantly available, provide care during times of crisis, guide others through difficult circumstances, and carry the weight of their congregation’s needs.
Over time, these responsibilities can lead to emotional exhaustion, spiritual fatigue, isolation, and strain on marriages and family relationships. Many ministry leaders struggle silently, feeling they have little opportunity for personal renewal or support. In some cases, the pressures of ministry contribute to burnout and even cause leaders to step away from their calling altogether.
When ministry leaders struggle, the impact extends beyond the individual and their family. Churches, ministries, and communities are affected as well.
