35th Annual “Celebrate the Children” Auction & Dinner

The “Celebrate the Children” Dinner and Auction is the flagship fundraising event for ChristianWorks for Children. Affectionately referred to as simply The Auction, the gala brings over 500 people together for a night of passion and purpose. It’s a beautiful evening full of fellowship and fundraising in addition to good fun! The silent auction features over 250 items, the live auction fills the room with energy, the generous giving provides an atmosphere of celebration over an evening designed to help hurting children, and the event is punctuated by a private concert.
This year will mark the 35th annual event and will be held on October 12th at the downtown Dallas Omni Hotel. We are thrilled to welcome 3-time Grammy Winning artist, Michael W. Smith, as our honored entertainer. It will most definitely “Celebrate the Children”!
To create an event of this nature, many hands are needed. The Auction evening is a symphony of hundreds of participants: multiple church congregations along with individuals who contribute hours in auction item collecting and prepping, data entry, transportation, ballroom and table decorating, registration and check out, and helpful smiling workers at the event. These are all valuable roles played by servant-hearted volunteers.
