Buy It Now feature on silent auction items will enable at 6:00 PM on Saturday, Oct 4; however, sales are not finalized until items are processed at the conclusion of the evening.

Tickets & Seating
No printed tickets. Each reservation receives a confirmation email with receipt, bidder number, and check-in instructions. Bring nothing — our reservation team will check you in.
Menu & entrée choices: When tickets are purchased prior to September 24, guests may choose between:

Herb & Sea Salt Rubbed Beef Tenderloin, or
-
Pastrami-Spiced Salmon.
After Sept 24, all guests will receive the beef option.
Table management: If you purchased a table but didn’t provide names during checkout, click the link in your reservation email to update guest names and emails. Guests added will receive their own email with bidder numbers and instructions.

Attire & Theme
Suggested: Sunday business / informal or date-night dress. For guests who want to play along with the theme — think whimsical Alice in Wonderland touches: top hats, playful prints, jewel-toned florals, and a nod to the Queen with red heart accents. Expect greenery, black-and-white checkerboards, and lush jewel-tone florals throughout the ballroom.
Featured Entertainer — Tim Hawkins
Tim Hawkins turned open-mic nights into a decades-long career of clean, family-friendly comedy and song parodies. From nights serving breadsticks to headlining theatres nationwide, Tim delivers the perfect blend of irreverent humor and heart — all while keeping it fun for the whole family. Expect music, laugh-out-loud stories, and a few classic parodies that will have the ballroom in stitches.

When can I preview auction items? The full auction catalog will be available online for preview before Oct 2. Early bidding opens Oct 2 at noon.
What is “Buy It Now”? “Buy It Now” allows immediate purchase of select silent auction items starting at 6:00 PM on Oct 4; sales are finalized after the event.
Can I update names on my table? Yes — use the link in your reservation email to add guests and email addresses so each guest receives their bidder number.
