Post Adoption Support Groups Pre-Application

Winter groups are held on Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 PM

Our AdoptionWorks staff will be in contact with you if she needs any further information. Please note the pre-application does not guarantee space in our groups. Following the Pre-Application, we will be in contact with you. The next step will be the formal application, if there are no further questions by our team, we will send to you directly. After you submit the formal application, our team will review. If selected, we will contact you to schedule the in-person interview with parents and each adoptee (no phone interviews). The interview will last approximately 45 minutes. Members for the group will be selected following all interviews. Please note that there is limited availability and all pre-applications will be processed according to the date they are received. We cannot guarantee placement for all adoptees per family based on available openings at the time of the in-person interviews, but will try our best.
