Post Adoption Support Groups Pre-Application

Post-Adopt is held the 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:30-8:00 pm

Our AdoptionWorks staff will be in contact with you if she needs any further information. Please note the pre-application does not guarantee space in our groups. Following the Pre-Application, we will be in contact with you. Please note that there is limited availability and all pre-applications will be processed according to the date they are received. We cannot guarantee placement for all adoptees per family based on available openings at the time of application, but will try our best. We will notify you if there is not enough space in each group.
